Thank you for being patient and hopefully these videos help you with your builds, All 36 class builds are now available in this guide, with Runemaster builds being added and updated as they can.Įdit 18 November 2017: With the release of the expansion Ragnarok brings with it a new mastery the Runemaster. Again, these builds are all still viable despite the changes and updates made to the anniversary edition. The class builds however are still from the titanquest forums back in 2006. Each video is around 5-7 minutes long and the masteries, items and abilities are explained in each one.Īll videos were made by YouTuber Matthew Ashworth, and all the credit for the videos goes to him. The game isn't really that difficult to begin with.Įdit: I kinda forgot - for bosses don't forget "Lethal Strike + Mortal Wound" - the additional +445% Poison Damage make short work of anything in your way.Due to the original titanquest forum website being strangely blocked by everyone's anti-virus software, the guide has been changed to use very well made videos on class builds. I often find that I have to deliberately deactivate "Envenom Weapn" and lowering my damage to be safe.īut yeah - that's just my suggestion. The only thing that can really create problems for you are enemies with reflect like in some Ragnarok DLC areas - because with you doing so much poison damage the reflected damage may outpace the amount you are able to heal with you potions since they have a cooldown too. And you've got more than enough equip, relics and affixes floating around to boost your poison damage to ridiculous levels. Somewhere along the line you just make so much damage it doesn't matter anymore. Their 80% poison absorbtion can be easily brute forced with just adding more +Poison Damage equip. As for undeads - they aren't buff enough to give you any trouble. But since that has a cooldown (7s) you basically start a fight with one throw wiping out most enemies and then your following throws until the cooldown is over are normal throws with a chance to trigger "Runeword: Explode" spreading even more poison to any stragglers.Īs for undeads and constructs you don't really have to worry - you got "Disarm Traps" boosting your damage against constructs. But it only works on normal attacks not on casts of abilities like "Thunder Strike". Not very many people know but the AoE effect of that passive ability carries weapon effects like your poison too (Runeword: Burn sadly doesn't). Second synergy of the class is "Runeword: Explode". But the best thing about "Thunder Stike" is can be bound to the left mouse button - so if you can get your energy cost down and you energy regen up you can use it as your main attack. So you can spread your poison damage to a whole group with one throw basically annihilating them. Each projectile carrying your weapon damage and poison. With the Trickster you've got "Reckless Offensive" which allows you to wield two of these babies and "Thunder Strike" to launch ten projectiles at once. One of the best weapons you can go for in regard to poison DoT is "Gorgon's Edge": 's-edgeīecause of the insane 1200 poison damage base (can get even higher if you are lucky with the seed of the weapon). I made a Trickster (Rune + Rogue) character as a poison slinger and think it's a pretty good combination. To give a different suggestion than what has already been mentioned.
